HRH Mohammed K.A. Al Faisal
has been Group President since 2002. Prior to this he served as Group Vice-President from 1997. Earlier in his career he worked as the Assistant General Manager at SAMBA Bank in Riyadh, the subsidiary of Citibank in Saudi Arabia at the time, and as an investment banker with Citibank in New York and Geneva. Mohammed is a Board Member of a number of leading companies in Saudi Arabia, and a member of the Board of the General Assembly of the King Faisal Foundation. He holds a BSc in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, and an MBA from Harvard University.
Ziad Al Tunisi
is the Group Chief Executive Officer, a position held since 2017. Ziad joined Al Faisaliah as the Corporate Treasurer in 1998, before his promotion to Chief Financial and Investment Officer in 2002, and to Vice President and COO in 2008. In these roles he has led activities to define and implement the Group-wide strategy; execute multiple M&A and JV transactions including valuation, negotiation, due diligence and post-transaction planning; establish the Group Internal Audit & Risk function; establish the Business Unit Performance Management System; establish the Group investment arm, AFG Capital. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from King Saud University, and an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading.
Abdullah Ahmed Alkenany
is the Al Faisaliah Group Executive VP for Strategy and Development. Since joining AFG as the Corporate Controller in 1997 he has held a variety of progressively senior roles in Finance, Development and Strategy. Prior to AFG, Abdullah worked as the Assistant General Manager of the Investment Banking division of SAMBA Bank. Abdullah began his career as a Financial Analyst with the Saudi Arabian Institute of Public Administration, a training, research and consultancy agency focused on improving government entity productivity, where he progressed to the position of Financial Controller. He has Bachelor of Accounting degree from King Abdulaziz University, and a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Miami.
