Holds a (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from Menlo College – San Francisco. Prince Abdulrahman was the Deputy Chairman of Al Faisaliah Group holding, Chairman of Al Qaseem Cement Company and Member of the Board of Trustees of King Faisal Charity foundation. He also established numerous successful private companies and chaired most of their boards.
HRH Prince Mohammed K. A. Al Faisal is the President of Al Faisaliah Group Holding. He was previously Vice-President at the Al Faisaliah Group, and before that Assistant General Manager and Manager at the Saudi American Bank. Earlier he had worked at Citibank in New York and Citibank in Geneva. HRH Prince Mohammed K. A. Al Faisal is currently serving on other boards, as Chairman and Independent Board Member of Saudi Telecom Company (since April 2018) and as Chairman and Independent Board Member of JP Morgan Saudi Arabia (since 2011). He is also Advisory Board member of the MENA and Central Asia Advisory Board for the Harvard Business School, the Global Leadership Circle of the Harvard Business School and the Board of Trustees of the Harvard Alumni Association. HRH Prince Mohammed K. A. Al Faisal's non-profit activities are membership of the General Assembly and audit committee of King Faisal Foundation, and membership of the Board of Trustees and its investment committee of King Khalid Foundation. HRH Prince Mohammed K. A. Al Faisal received his BSc in Industrial Management from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prince Faisal is Chief Executive Officer of Exsab Investment Company, Managing Director of TasHeel Modern Support Services Company, Chairman of the Board for TasHeel Telecommunication Company, Seafood International Catering, Advanced Steel Works Company, Al-Faisaliah Travel & Tourism and Hajeej for Umrah & Transport Services, and Member of the Board of Directors for Al-Khozama Management Company.
Mr. Abdulaziz Abdulmohsen Bin Hassan, has 27 years of experience in financial markets, investment management, asset management, investment banking and alternative Investments. He has previously served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia and Member of Credit Suisse MEA Operating Committee, MD & CEO of Arabian Capital and Rana Investment Company and has held various leadership positions at Samba Financial Group and Bank Muscat. He held membership in the advisory committee at the Capital Market Authority “CMA “ and served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Saudi Stock Exchange – Tadawul. Currently he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company and a member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Fransi Capital and member of the Audit Committee at Arab National Bank. Abdulaziz received a Bachelor's Degree in Law from King Saud University, in addition to attending several executive programs at Oxford University – Saïd Business School, and Several training courses at The New York Institute of Finance, Euromoney and CitiBank training centre, beside working on job trainee at Lehman Brothers, London, Salomon Smith Barney, London and CitiBank, New York.
Mr. Fahad completed master’s degree in EE/communications from the University of California, Los Angeles, and worked at KACST as telecom and network engineer leading the communications team for the first Saudi satellite SaudiSat-1. Then joined Medunet as in charge of the deployment of a countrywide network and IT infrastructure for MODA tele-medicine project. In 2003 he was selected to manage the biggest merger in the Saudi ISP industry (Awalnet, Naseej, and Alalamiah) as VP of operational leading to commercial and finally as president of Awalnet. As the CEO of Awalnet, Mr. Fahad successfully engineered the STC acquisition of Awalnet. In early 2008, Mr. Fahad joined ISE, a company specialized in IT infrastructure and services for the defense and public sector. In early 2012, the board of directors of TAQNIA, a joint-stock company owned by the government (PIF) selected Mr. Fahad to run TAQNIA, planned to assist the diversification of the Saudi economy based on knowledge-based industries. Currently, Mr. Fahad manages Taqnia International Company, a venture capital investment company with offices in the silicon valley and Washington DC, and is also an investment advisor to many international investment clients. Mr. Fahad is a well-known figure in the business community in Saudi Arabia, has spent 4 years as a chairman of the ICT committee in Riyadh chamber of commerce, and is also a consultant/board member of many private and public institutions in Saudi Arabia.
Prince Faisal started his educational journey by completing BS in Economics from King Saud University and MBA in Diplomacy from Westminster University. He also holds an MBA Anthropology & Human development from London School of Business & Political Science. In addition, he also hold other credentials like Diploma in Strategy & innovation along with creative leadership for executives. He started his career in Saudi Aramco and then he became the General Manager of SIGMA Co. which is a holding company spread across multiple industries like logistics, travel & tourism, Oil industry and marine shipping. In parallel, he also founded a non-profit organization named TANWEEL; aiming to assist philanthropy business and human advancement which focuses on mentality and skills aspects. He also completed a diploma in Charity and Philanthropy from CASS Business School.
Holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado. He is Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Arab States Liaison Office, and Vice-President of the Governing Council of the International Organization for Social Insurance, from where he received the Order of Merit. Mr. Al Homaid began his career in the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) where he rose to lead the organization in the position of Governor. He previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Riyad Bank, Saudi Investment Bank, Saudi American Bank, Qassim Cement Company, Saudi Group of Research and Marketing, Almuaquiliah Company, Saudi Group of Hotels and Tourist Area, and the Saudi Company for Hotel Services.
